Slikkkk by Sanai is a a handmade cosmetic brand specializing in lip & body care products. Our products look good, feel good and are vegan & cruelty free. Slikkkk by Sanai was started by Sanai & Gabrielle - a mother-daughter duo that seeks to provide affordable, quality cosmetics to enhance your natural beauty.

How do I place an order?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, Klarna and Shop Pay.

Do you offer wholesale?

Any wholesale items that are available will be posted under the Wholesale tab located on the home page.

Are your products tested on animals?

We do not test on animals. Our products created with ingredients from suppliers that are vegan and cruelty free.

Can I make changes on my order once it is placed?

Because our goal is to process your order and ship it to you as fast as possible (in most cases - same day shipping) we are not able to accommodate any order changes at this time. Please double check your product selection, payment information, shipping preference and shipping & billing information before checking out.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Current shipping times are between 1 business day. Shipping options are listed in the checkout section. Please choose your shipping preferences and ensure that your billing and shipping information is accurate and up-to-date. Shipping cost estimates are provided for your convenience. ALL ORDERS ARE PROVIDED WITH A TRACKING NUMBER which will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. We make every effort to ship your order as fast as possible. Once your order has shipped it cannot be cancelled or refunded and all inquiries about shipping/delivery must be taken up with the shipping courier you selected at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once they are in the possession or USPS or UPS. If you have questions about your order please email us at slikkkkbysanai@yahoo.com as soon as possible.

** Please note that USPS is currently experiencing extreme delays in shipping packages. We aim to have every package scanned by hand at he post office however, once a package is dropped off we are unable to offer any additional information on your package (outside of what is available with your tracking number).

**We also offer UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air as a shipping option. 

Please make arrangements to receive your order when it is delivered especially during summer months, or when shipping to extremely hot climates. If at all possible, please bring your package inside to cooler temperatures as soon as it is delivered. Refrain from leaving you package outside in extremely hot or cold climates or in a car/metal locker as extreme temperatures may cause your product's consistency to freeze/solidify or melt. 

How much is shipping?

For your convenience a shipping calculator is located in the checkout section of our website. Simply add the zip code and/or city of your shipping destination and a shipping cost and duration will be provided for you.

We are currently only shipping to addresses within the United States of America. International shipping will be added at a later date.
